We were searching on google to see where we could get sandwiches for lunch and came across Fatty Lumpkin. My sandwich was so so good, I had the special of the day which was a chicken caesar wrap, my stepson was raving about his sandwich the entire day. Highly recommend!!

Best Restaurant Ever!. Fatty Lumpkins Sandwich Shack is my favorite restaurant, hands down. Their menu is accommodating for whatever you are in the mood for. The atmosphere is great, the value is great, and the service and food are top notch. Look no further.

A DECK, A DOCK, AND ONE HECK OF A BAR. Around here, people love the water. When you take a look at the Lake House, this becomes abundantly clear (our location on the marina is no accident). Naturally, we have gorgeous views of the lake. And when the weather is good and enticing, we have an ample bar and deck outside where you can enjoy the breeze – and shoot the breeze with an al fresco lunch or dinner. We’ve even built this attitude into our bar.

Yes!. What a happy and pleasant surprise on our trip! Romantic for two at dinner. Pleasant service. Husband had the walleye, pretzel crusted and pan fried, he says perfect. Light and not heavy. We shared the calamari app, both enjoyed it. I had a steak salad and added shrimp to it. The dressing was good, loved the pears with the dressing and the goat cheese. I do not like goat cheese, but loved this! Shrimp was a bit rubbery, steak could’ve had more flavor to it. No white tablecloths here, but definitely a nice atmosphere in the evening. Next to a marina and a hotel, so you’ll see people in various types of clothing. Not only would I eat here again, but I’m probably going to go out of my way to go to this restaurant again. Note that they have a limited menu, so check the website. Bar menu is extensive.

Love this place. My husband loves the perch dinner. I enjoy the huge salads. We eat here at least once a month. Always very good service also.

My wife and I visited Carmen's for the first time this afternoon for lunch. We came upon it by accident and were very pleasantly surprised. We had classic Reuben sandwiches, soup and a basket of crinkle fries. The ingredients and cooking were superlative. The portions were so generous that we could not finish it. The service was attentive such that our needs such as ketchup and drink refills were anticipated before they were needed. And the cost for the two of us was $25 - very reasonable. Thanks!

Lunch. Delightful diner in downtown Muskegon. We had lunch as part of our visit to the Muskegon Art Museum. Service was efficient and friendly. The breakfast menu is served through the lunch period as well as many lunch items. I ordered the egg and corned beef hash combo which comes with toast. My friend had the Greek salad and was pleased with the freshness of the vegetables. Would definitely eat here again!

I am usually hesitant to eat somewhere I haven't eaten before, but WOW! I don't know WHY we waited SOOOO long! The server, Emma, was super nice and quick.. She got me a gluten-free menu and WOW! My husband and I are still talking about how...it was almost as big as the regular menu. My Prime Rib Dip sandwich was AMAZING, husband thought his steak was good too. Service was great, prices were reasonable, food was AMAZING! Thank you for everything... we will definately be back.

A Takeoff on Fuddruckers Alive and Well in West Michigan. This was an early evening meal, cold December. I read the reviews and wasn't disappointed. Here we go: The key to the success here, other than a good location and attractive building is the staff. Seating on a busy night was immediate. I would estimate that even with a line...seating would be pretty fast. They are very organized and staff is very well trained, you couldn't as for better. As for food...i made the idiotic mistake of ordering an XL burger, 2 patties. One is a half pound, quality superb and more than enough for anyone. They may be the best in the region, which includes those fancy lakeside towns with $20 burgers. Others order wet burritos, also large and impressive. Décor is car related, they have a 70s Corvette sticking out of the wall. One thing to note, their "Texas Fries" are actually soft potato chips, freshly made and OK but not my favorite thing. I would order something else...and there are lots of options. This place will become a regular watering hole...

This brewery was recommended to me by a bartender from another place in the city. I ordered their IPA and sat at a bar at the window facing the street. The beer was very good and the bartenders were friendly. Due to covid-19 this brewery chose to sell beers in a different way, but it was hassle free and honestly welcomed. The brewery was very large and had plenty of seating options whether it be by yourself or with a bunch of people. They also were selling pizza here as well, but I decided against ordering although I'm sure it was very good.

Solid Beers. My wife and I stopped in pre-concert to split a flight and try some beers. They were uniformly good. Not sure about the food, as we didn't have a chance try any of the menu items. Pretty basic menu list, however. It has a sports bar-meets-dive kind of vibe. Tons of TVs (all showing the same channel, oddly) and a rustic, simple interior. This place also seems strongly "locals driven." That's not a bad thing, it's just that most of the patrons knew the others (and the bartender). So don't expect to engage in any other conversations given that everyone there seems to know everyone else. Still, if you're in search of local beer, Unruly would be a good call.

Awesome food and even better service!. Stopped here based on some other reviews while visiting the area. We were not disappointed. Everything was delicious and portions were generous. All 4 of us had awesome meals. Steak, fish and chicken. All cooked perfect. Our waitress Julie was awesome. It was super busy and she checked on us multiple times, keeping our drinks filled and making sure we didn’t need anything. It was surprisingly busy for a Thursday evening, and they had plenty of staff to accommodate without long wait times. Rare these post-Covid days and everyone who worked there seemed genuinely happy to be there. We will definitely stop here again if we are in the area!
