Just your typical gas station Subway. We ate lunch here heading home from the west coast. I had a chicken bacon ranch salad and my wife had a sub. Both were good. Nothing to shout about

Stopped in for lunch after hiking at Kickapoo. There were eight of us but only one bartender/cook. He handled it so well. Very friendly and the food was surprisingly great. The Italian beef was especially spot on!!

Main Street Belly Deli

We've ate at the Belly Deli a few times, and love it. They have a variety of sandwiches, ice creams, chips and more. They will now custom make your sandwiches (plain, without mayo, etc), so we eat there more often now. It's great! Wonderful service there, too!

The prices at Main Street Belly Deli can vary depending on the menu and the time of day, but it is considered to be a mid-priced restaurant.

Hit and miss. Depending on who is working tends to determine the quality. The last time I went in and got a cappachino the young girl didn't know how to make it. The deli sandwiches are nothing to brag about. The bread they use needs to be better.

Great local place with brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and sliced pork loin. Only open every other Saturday through Summer so you have to call to see if they are open or look for their signs around town. Wonderful homey service and cute decor. Too bad they aren't open year round!

Possum Trot

I have been to Possum Trot many timea. I go a couple times a month. Last nicht I had a very bad experience. I came alone and sat down at the bar. The usual bartender wasn't there. The blonde lady came over after a while and asked me for my dri k order. She had the most sour attitude I have ever seen. I tried to ebgage her in some small talk but she was not having it. She acted like she hated being there and her actions matched her mood. She didnt say a word and didn't ask me if i wanted a menu or an appetizer. I came in intending to eat at the bar. But she made me feel so unwelcome, I dedciddd to finish my drink and leave. This was truly a bad experience. It makes me question whether to ever go back. She needs to quit or be let go. You can't run a business and have rude employees. Sad.

The Pink Pig

BBQ was good, the brisket tender and juicy, the ribs, fall off the bone tender, and the pulled pork, tender. The house BBQ sauce was slightly smoky and I liked the hot version. The South Carolina vinegar sauce was great with the pork. The portions were good sized with two sides on the platter. The vinegar based coleslaw was good. The fried dill pickles were excellent, sliced like French fries, lightly battered and served with house made Alabama White BBQ sauce. The cheese curds were very good as well. The service was good and the staff friendly.

How have we never stopped here before?!?. We travel quite a bit along 74 between Indianapolis and Peoria and have never stopped here. We stopped today and it was amazing! Between the 4 of us we had brisket, pulled pork, corned beef and ribs. Our sides included chili (delicious), beans, applesauce, onion rings, fries, cornbread, and macaroni and cheese. Everything was so good. Service was friendly and fast. This will be our new stop from now on.

Good food customer service???. What can I say we go to gross all the time great food at a great price. BUT….. sometimes it’s not so great we tried to call in our order on9/2/2022 at around 5:30 our son was out and about so ask him to pick it up which is no problem since it only takes about 20 minutes from order to pick up so this guy answers the phone and ask to hold please……… needless to say we should of hung up then but we wanted gross burgers so we waited and waited we waited so long my son called me when he got there and I asked him to go inside and ask for the manager which he did all along my wife is still on hold and has been for almost 25 Minutes and when I say on hold I mean he took the phone and set it down and we could hear everything that was going on behind the counter so any way started to talk to the manager which I also heard over my wife’s phone and asked her what possible reason do have that you would leave us on hold for that long? She replied they was busy and I could gather that from listening for the past 28 minutes now but dang she did offer to take my order right then over the phone but I told her no and to pick up the work phone and take the order from my wife. Right then and there stupid showed up…. She said she could but there was a lot of people waiting in line like no crap lady I was on the phone waiting probably before they even walked in the door. Customer service is customer service you should of took the phone off the hook before people call because I would have called and called until you answered so I guess for tonight it’s burger king

Awful. Been driving for a while and looking for a place to eat, Stopped for gas and Richs was right behind the gas station. It looked very pleasant and it was the first place to eat we had seen in quite a while. We were seated, given a menu and asked what we wanted. Told her we needed a few minutes to check the menu. When she did come back and said are you ready now. She was very crappy. We ordered. Salad arrived right away. About 20 minutes later the meal arrived and was slammed down on the table and left. When we tried to eat found it was luke warm, potatoes were cold. no waitress to be found. Tried a cut of the tenderloin which was covered in canned brown gravy, it was just awful. Finally the crabby waitress came back and asked if we wanted a box. Wife mentioned the cold food and it was uneatable. She grunted at us and grabbed the food and then brought the bill and threw it on the table and sad I only charged you for the salad. Terrible food, terrible service. Should had stopped at Casey's for a cold sandwich. For all of our traveler out there do not stop at this place.
